Capstone
If I were to do a documentary film for capstone i'd do it about the difficulties of dyslexia and I would get different people to be actors and act out how the difficulty to read, write, spell, and pronounce. I would rather make an app on how to help those who are dyslexic.

What camera angles are used? Why?
A close-up is used to show enfaces when Billy beat Steve in the game Donkey Kong. A full body shot was taken to show Billy’s Posture and how he stands there proudl with his hands on his hips and legs spread out.

When the main point behind the purpose of gaming was told, they showed the games in the point of view of the person talking about the simplicity and challenges of a video game.

The camera angle constantly switches every 4-5 seconds which keeps the attention of the viewer as our generation finds difficulty in watching one scene for longer than 5 seconds.

RCHS Gaming Video
What did I like:
The way the teacher's voice was over the video scene was cool and really I don't think there was anything that was good about the video.
What did I not like:
There was a constant music in the background that was annoying and the cameraman kept figitting with the camera which made the audience want to not watch the video at all! The teacher was talking to us in a mono tone and didn't move much, just stayed in one place. In all, it just didn't catch the attention of the audience.

Second Page
As a senior in High School, I get many opportunities to assist the younger class-man and put my teaching skills into practice. Tutoring is one source of experience before I start assisting teachers in school and get an idea of how to teach. Teaching has been a passion for me when I was in the sixth grade. At that time I was in England, the sixth grade was privileged to help the kindergartners during lunch and make sure they were sensible in the hallway and dining hall. I loved being with the kids and helping them out which made my passion for teaching grow.
I'm passionate to know who people are and connect with everyone from every different religion, ethnicity, race, etc... I joined a club, during my Junior year, called Connections Club. With Connections Club I successfully was able to put my communication and professionalism into practice. This is a crucially beneficial skill as a teacher, as we have to not only communicate with the children but also their family.

Real Documantry
What is the story arc in one sentence?
100 people are given a mustang which they have to sell at an auction after training it.
What camera angles are used? Why?
they use a Birdseye view for the part where the pen is broken in order for the audience to have a full view of what is happening. they also have the camera zoom in at some points in order to show the emphasize.
What kind of cut aways and POV shots?
usually cut aways help to not change the atmosphere/mood of the movie which is what the film makers do. there was a clip where they movied the horses to show how fast they are running and to make the veiwers more on edge and thrilled (intensify the scene).
How does the filmmaker get us involved?
POV's of the different trainers and horses.
